While on a trip with Transfer Croatia, I broke my leg in 3 places on a separate guided tour in the small town of Porec (not by their mistake) . They immediately stepped forward to coordinate all the emergency medical needs and transportation, and pro-actively represented me with the local hospital and its staff. Their efforts relieved a lot of personal stress, and I received the needed care before the trip home.
